One of the region's Top Heating and Air Conditioning Companies is looking for experienced HVAC residential or commercial installers to join their team. We have been providing residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems, accessories, whole-home backup generators, air duct cleaning and more for 50 years!
We have immediate opportunities for HVAC installers to work the Eastern Region of Pennsylvania excluding Philadelphia. We have opportunities based out of our Allentown, Quakertown and Clarks Summit locations but primarily daily travel will be in the Eastern PA area, so any candidate living in the Eastern portion of PA should feel free to apply for this opportunity.
Requirements
Residential:
Communicate with supervisors regarding job layout and project status on a daily basis.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of hand tool, power tool use and working on ladders.
• Fabricate, assemble or install duct work.
• Utilize safe working practices while using hazardous chemicals and materials (refrigerant, nitrogen, oxygen-acetylene, fiberglass).
• Work in hot, humid or cold conditions.
• Work in attics, basements or crawlspaces.
• Perform simple math equations for weighing refrigerant or charging equipment.
• Lift and/or carry duct work and machinery 25 to 100 lbs. (indoor / outdoor units).
• A working knowledge of electricity and refrigerant theory, as well as safe brazing practices, ladder and hand tool safety.
• Possess a firm understanding of generally accepted building practices and they relate to the HVAC trade.
Requirements:
• Clear background check
• Clean driving record (10 year)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and pre-work screening.
• 3 years experience.
Hours: 7-3:30 overtime available
