Recovery Room Rep

Role Summary

The Recovery Room Rep (Room Rep) is the face of the Recovery Room experience—responsible for greeting clients, guiding them through recovery treatments, supporting membership sales, operating assigned recovery equipment, and delivering elite-level customer care. The role combines professionalism, empathy, light clinical knowledge, and sales confidence to ensure every guest receives a safe, effective, and energizing recovery session powered by HydroPulse and Theralieve modalities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Open and prepare recovery room stations before clients arrive
• (clean, sanitize, reset kiosks, confirm equipment functionality)
• Greet every client with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Verify client check-ins via kiosk, tablet dashboard, or manual sign-in
• Provide a brief needs assessment before treatment begins
• (pain level, focus area, recovery goal, medical notes, comfort level)
• Operate and guide clients through recovery modalities safely:
• TheraJet Bed
• AquaVive Contrast Chair
• SolaDerm Red Light Pod
• PEMF Elite Recliner
• Vibratics Pro Wand
• CompressX Leg Recovery
• Educate clients on what they will feel and what to expect, keep them comfortable throughout
• Never administer a treatment without confirming user comfort
• Ensure each treatment area is wiped and sanitized after every session
• Collect session feedback and encourage return visits or membership
