Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging group exercise classes.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of the human body and ability to explain benefits of various exercises.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified Group Exercise Instructor or specialized certification (e.g., Zumba, cycling, Pilates, barre, etc.)
- 1 years of experience in leading group exercise classes.
- Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and human body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- CPR/AED certification is REQUIRED.
