Immediate part time position available with opportunity for growth and advancement. Multi site chiropractic practice looking for a motivated and hardworking Medical Assistant to join our team. We are passionate about providing the best care to our communities. Patient care is our top priority; you will be fully trained by our experienced staff in all duties and responsibilities. We value a team effort to ensure our patients and employees receive a positive and rewarding experience.
Job Responsibilities: Patient intake/vitals, set up and performance of patient therapies, manage patient flow in the clinic, scheduling/answering phones, data entry, typing reports, light cleaning and sanitizing of treatment areas and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience preferred, but not required, full training provided. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. Must have exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking skills and ability to adapt and respond to day to day operations in a positive and professional manner. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, writing and alphabetizing (filing) using the English language
Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred
Reliable daily transportation and ability to travel locally between clinics is necessary.
Availability for working hours weekdays between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm
