Role Description
This is a full-time, partial remote, role based at our headquarters in Paramus, NJ, for a Land Use Attorney. The attorney will handle land use and zoning matters, provide strategic legal advice, conduct research, and represent clients in coplex land use matters. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address complex land use and legal issues.
Qualifications
6 plus years experience
- in Land Use and Zoning
- Excellent Research and and writing skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
- Prior experience with New Jersey local government operations and regulations is preferred
