The Warehouse Laborer position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform warehouse-related tasks. This role supports the management of holiday inventory and incoming and outgoing orders.
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Laborer is responsible for unloading deliveries, moving inventory to designated storage locations, fulfilling orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks for outbound orders. Accuracy and organization are essential to ensure orders are completed correctly and inventory is properly maintained.
Responsibilities

Process and load outgoing shipments.

Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing completed orders in the designated delivery area.

Load and unload trucks, vans, and other delivery vehicles.

Complete deliveries to and from vendors as assigned.

Assist with preventive maintenance requirements for company trucks or vans and report repair needs.

Support inventory controls by locating, organizing, and tracking stock.

Organize parts, bins, shelving, and inventory locations.

Notify management of damaged, missing, failed, or low-stock items.

Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.

Enter required information and complete assigned reports.

Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse, including shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping areas.

Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

Notify management of safety concerns, equipment issues, or other warehouse concerns.

Assist team members and perform other related duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification as required.

Physical Demands
