Logistics / Inventory Coordinator - English Spanish

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English-Spanish) Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. Duties

• Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including stocking, shipping, receiving, and manual handling to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage procurement processes by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor management to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• ransportation management systems, and inventory management software to plan shipments and track inventory movements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production planning, customer service, and logistics—to optimize order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards; manage documentation for import/export activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives by evaluating current procedures and recommending enhancements in warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Oversee freight arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management systems; perform regular stock audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain operations with a focus on warehouse management, materials handling, or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, transportation planning, procurement strategies, and category management.
• Data analysis skills utilizing Excel (including data collection and spreadsheets), SQL, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with demand planning, production planning (MRP), shipping & receiving procedures, and freight management.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors; experience in contract management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; capable of cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to practice in a supply chain operations role with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
