We’re hiring a Detail Manager to lead our vehicle prep team at Decorah Chevrolet - Decorah CDJR.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily detail operations for new and pre-owned vehicles (wash, vacuum, polish, ceramic coatings, interior/exterior cleaning)
- Supervise and schedule detail staff; ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards.- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment; order as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness and high-quality presentation.
- Develop and enforce quality control processes; monitor defect trends and implement improvements.
- Train and mentor detail staff on best practices and customer service.
- Uphold dealership branding and appearance across all vehicles and lots.
Requirements:- Proven experience in automotive detailing; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of detailing products, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to coach and motivate a team; strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
