Summary:
The Bentonville Operations Assistant position will manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Operations Assistant is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operation of the DecoPac – Bentonville, Arkansas office.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

- Label Bins in the Main Storage Room
- Keep up with bins in the storage room
- Organize by Season by Customer
- Organize everyday bins for Walmart/Sam’s Club
- Organize/Clean out the Core Sample Bins in Large Storage
- Organize Kitchen Storage Area
- Throw away large amounts of cakes
- Help to set for large meetings
- Pull Product
- Set Black Trays
- Set Tent Cards
- Cut out Paper Mock-Ups
- Laminate Paper Mock-Ups
- Help with Cake Display Boxes
- Help to tear down large meetings
- Redistribute Samples
- Throw Away Cakes
- Wash “NPD” Samples
- Run errands
- Order/Pickup Prepaid Lunch Orders for Large Meetings
- Deliver supplies/samples
- Drop Boxes/Shipments at Fed Ex
- Pick Up Prepaid for Supplies from:
- Sam’s
- Walmart
- Office Depot
- Pick up supplies from vendors
- Help Wash Supplies/Dishes

Qualifications:
- Organized and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects
- Self-starter, ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness and creativity – a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
