Shift Schedule

2nd Shift

• Monday through Thurs
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Friday hours: 3pm - 8pm

What You'll Do

As a Production Assembly Associate, you'll work with die-cast and purchased components to assemble quality products while supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate assembly equipment and production tools
• Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support production goals and team objectives
• Adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full-time hours
