DEGATE/TRIM PRESS OPERATOR 3rd Shift

We are seeking a Production Trim Press Worker for our 3rd shift at our manufacturing facility in Decorah. As a Production Trim Press Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the trim press machine to produce high-quality parts. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and are delivered on time. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the trim press machine to produce high-quality parts
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the trim press machine
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
