Duties
- Organize, manage, and maintain job schedule
- Manage, lead, and train crew members to DeClark’s standards
- Familiarize themselves with job sites and projects
- Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Visit job sites as work is completed to check for quality control
- Complete required paperwork (billing, daily time sheets, man hours, etc.) in a timely and organized fashion
- Managing and performing snow removal and ice management
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a management role within the landscaping and snow removal industry
- Valid driver’s license with good record
- Strong organizational and paperwork skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
