Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a House Manager. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide our patients with the highest quality of services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS preferred; required within 6 months
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of Acute Care nursing experience
- Experience in Emergency Department and or Medical Surgical nursing preferred
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities: The House Manager (RN) serves as the on-site clinical and operational leader for the hospital, acting as a lead resource for the entire facility while providing oversight and coordination of patient care services across the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit including swing beds, and Operating Room (OR). This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery while supporting staff, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining hospital operations during assigned shifts. In a Critical Access Hospital setting, the House Manager is a working leader who may provide direct patient care as needed.
