The VM Manager role is to cover all types of visual presentation to consumers or to business partners Including but not limited to flagship store, partner retail stores, DTC stores, event space, showroom, and tradeshow space. Lead and create local VM standard under the guideline from global VM / retail guideline, with the guidance from Integrated Marketing Sr Manager. Lead VM team and field VM supervisors to ensure the VM programs launch in store, on time, on brief. Delivery VM training for both VM team, front line store staff and agencies related, by project, by seasonal. Store opening organization: VM layout zoning plan, initial merchandising, marketing support. Monthly / Seasonally VM binder, guideline, store VM recap, VM focus. Work closely with Retail MKT (construction), training and sales team to achieve best presentation to consumers according to the campaign concepts or product selling-point. Regular Store visiting and good communication & reporting, offer professional and persistent improvement proposal, and instore training. 40% Routine VM guideline creation and implement: Responsible for set up the Visual Merchandising standard & Guideline in line with the Global brand concept as well country specific requirements, to ensure that range performance is aligned with the Company objectives. Ensure internal (VM, Marketing, Sales, Product) and external (All Dealers and Shop Staff) parties well-informed on how to set up and maintain visual imagery and changes. Quarterly Visit HOKA stores (including flagship store, partner stores, or DTC stores) to manage visual display and merchandising ensuring these are well presented as the Brand show case, and to ensure customer shopping experience and sales are maximized through effective display. Implement the seasonal/promotional visual merchandising to maximize the sell through by working closely with Marketing, Merchandiser, Training, WS partner Sales / Store Manager and identifying opportunities. Co-work with training team, and lead VM team to provide VM training to internal and external partners to ensure quality VM & field merchandising standards met and maintained on a daily basis of Stores, Counters, Outlets, and all types of distribution channels within your region 40% Lead VM team and field VM supervisor do region(E/N/S) VM implement for flagship, landmark, key, normal stores: well understand the needs from local team, work closely with retail MKT, Merch team, and agencies, to find local creative and solution best satisfy local story telling, and help the conversion on sites. Special projects Visual function fully management and support, both concept proposal, and onsite support if needed: such as, store opening & Sales Promotion, Race Expos, Media Previews, Tradeshows. Be responsible for execution of seasonal and monthly VM implement for East, South region retail locations 10% Schedule, Communication and Reporting: schedule clear and realistic timeline for every project, and routine work, communicate closely, proactively and effectively with related functional teams to get necessary understanding, support and alignment for each project. Submit qualified report intime after each project and provide improvement actions if needed. Keep sufficient communication with global team and earn the support for local needs. 10% Budget Management: propose the yearly, seasonally, monthly budget plan with the brief and guidance from MKT Manager, submit the plan in time and on brief. Source the most qualified and cost-saving agencies or the ways to work with agencies, loop in MKT Manager and Purchase Team if necessary. Ensure every payment record clearly in the system, with sufficient approval process, and ensure the monthly, quarterly, annually accounting check is smooth and correct.
