Duties

• Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of remodeling projects
• Perform building material installation including flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco, caulking, masonry, and hardscaping projects
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as window installation, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and drywall finishing
• Conduct construction inspection to verify quality standards are met and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of work
• Manage heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material handling in outdoor remodeling projects
• Collaborate with team members to execute remodeling tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to ensure precise installation of building components

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on residential remodeling or building construction projects
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of building materials including flooring, cabinetry, stucco, masonry, electrical systems, plumbing, and trim carpentry
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately
• Experience with outdoor work environments such as hardscaping or exterior renovations is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards during all phases of work
• Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus but not required
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
