Reports to: Payroll Supervisor

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

Your Impact

Lead Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing

Coordinate and execute payroll for all Deckers Brands employees in the U.S. and Canada using ADP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Maintain and Audit Payroll Records

Manage payroll data for audits, terminations, garnishments, and escheatments. Interpret and apply state/local statutes with precision.

Support Timekeeping & System Integrity

Administer and troubleshoot timekeeping systems, ensuring correct data flow and security access across departments.

Deliver Stakeholder Reporting

Provide essential reports to HR, Finance, and external agencies, including 401(k), SDI, and employment verifications.

Champion Compliance & Continuous Learning

Stay ahead of changing payroll laws and regulations. Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.

Drive Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

Collaborate with the Payroll Director and team on impactful projects that enhance our payroll operations and employee experience.

Who You Are

Education & Experience

Associate’s Degree and 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably in a global or multi-entity organization.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (ADP, Oracle). Ability to learn new tools quickly and confidently.

What We'll Give You –

$27 - $29

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
