Decker Truck Line, Inc. has an immediate need for a Human Resources Assistant at our beautiful Corporate Headquarters in Fort Dodge! Great working schedule of Monday-Friday 8-5pm with an hour lunch!
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities
- Conducting new employee orientations
- Assigning training
- Maintaining applicant and employee information electronically
- Scheduling and coordinating physicals and drug screens
- Scanning and filing
- Assisting our Licensing & Permits Coordinator with administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications
- Must have excellent data entry skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous directly-related experience is a plus
- A background in HR is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
