Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Handle trash removal and recycling to ensure cleanliness throughout the school premises.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Follow safety protocols related to custodial work and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel promptly.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus.
