These activities provide the insight and data needed to analyze the performance of the company, recommend operational improvements, and champion strategic growth. Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger entry and reconciliation.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the organization's liquidity and financial health.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
- Utilize Xero accounting software for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Apply cash accounting principles to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Work closely with owner and operational teams to provide financial insights, monitor project budgets, and support business initiatives.
