Position Title: Production Support
Location: NYC - onsite
Interview: L1 video L2 F2F

Must Have Requirements:
1. Production Support experience
2. Linux (expert), Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (expert)
3. Automation experience (strong)
4. E-Crypto SME
5. Experience with large environments
Nice to have Requests:
1. Windows experience
2. Solar, APG, Kafka, IBM Cloud, Data IQ
3. Team player, strong communication

About the role:
1. 24/7 prod support, with team working on shift rotation and the occasional weekend shift (roughly every 3-4 weeks)
