Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, sourcing qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process
- Maintain and update candidate records and applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and talent market conditions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing agencies or consulting firms
- Familiarity with technical screening or basic coding concepts
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
