What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support retail, café, and chocolate shop team members during evening and weekend shifts
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and operating efficiently
- Manage cash, team member breaks, and end-of-day procedures
- Communicate clearly with leadership and team members throughout building
- Model exceptional service and teamwork
What You Bring:
- Retail or restaurant leadership/keyholder experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
- Dependable, adaptable, and ready to lead by example
