Odos - Senior Product Manager

Odos (odos.xyz) is a smart order routing (SOR) solution that allows users to trade digital assets across decentralized exchanges. Launched in May 2022, Odos is available on 15 EVM chains and uses a patented algorithm to deliver the best swap rates to retail and institutional traders. Our multi-token swap feature allows users to trade many tokens in a single atomic transaction, and our newly launched intent based order types are leading the way in advancing the Web3 user experience. We are a SOC2 Type 2 company and headquartered in Los Altos, CA (SF Bay Area).

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Odos Smart Order Routing solution (http://app.odos.xyz) and its associated user experience. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of DeFi trading by optimizing and expanding a platform that serves a global audience. You will combine creative vision, strong technical understanding, and market expertise to craft a world-class user experience for Odos.

This role demands both **creative product leadership** and **investigative problem-solving** to design intuitive, engaging, and efficient solutions for DeFi users navigating complex trading environments.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Odos dApp, focusing on user-centric innovation and market leadership.

• Identify growth opportunities using data, industry trends, and customer insights.

User Experience Leadership

• Influence and evolve the usability of the frontend swap experience, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction for DeFi users.

• Partner with design and engineering teams to build a holistic and market-leading user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, executive, and other teams to deliver on roadmap objectives and launch new features.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve key milestones and ensure alignment with the product strategy.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure success and guide iteration.

• Use insights to refine products, ensuring sustainable engagement and adoption.

Technical Product Management

• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and development steps.

• Work with engineering to solve optimization challenges and enhance the Smart Order Routing engine.

Developer Experience

• Define and champion a world-class developer experience, creating tools and APIs that empower builders in the DeFi ecosystem.

• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and other stakeholders.

• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

• Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

• Experience leading through influence, mentoring teams, and driving collaboration across departments.

• Passion for innovation and creating user-first products in a dynamic and fast-evolving space.
