M0 Labs - Group Product Manager (Protocol)

M^0 Labs is seeking a Group Product Manager (Protocol) who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our ecosystem.

As Group Product Manager (Protocol) you will own the development of the long-term M^0 Labs web3 product roadmap. You will conceive and execute on a strategic product roadmap, as well as partner with engineering and other cross-functional teams to bring those products and features to market, with the ultimate purpose of expanding the on-chain capabilities of the M^0 network.

You'll be part of a nimble team with access to industry experts in both blockchain and finance. You'll have access to leadership teams across multiple ecosystem entities and ultimately play a strategic role in growing the M^0 network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of M^0 protocol customers’ and users’ needs, consequently becoming the voice of the customer internally. Segment customers’ needs across the different types of actors present in the M^0 economy. In particular, develop customer relationships with crypto and web3 players that have a need for dollar-denominated on-chain infrastructure.

• Translate customers’ needs into a prioritized web3 product roadmap, articulating and achieving leadership consensus around a product strategy, as well as conceiving the protocol products and features required to execute on it.

• Collaborate with web3 engineering and ecosystem development teams in order to execute on product roadmap and bring features to the market in a timely manner and adhering to customers’ needs and opportunities. Build and maintain suites of protocol products and features across many verticals.

• Collaborate with marketing and ecosystem teams in order to position and promote products and services so as to achieve fit with various customer segments. Become the face of the M^0 Labs web3 team when it comes to educating customers on existing and upcoming products, routinely presenting at events and to partners.

• 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent entrepreneurship experience.

• 5 years experience bringing web3 products to market - ideally protocols and developer infrastructure.

• Proven experience conceiving and launching several products from inception to maturity.

• Demonstrable exceptional writing skills. Ability to express vision and strategy direction clearly in written form.

• Sense of ownership and demonstrable ability to drive product outcomes in the market.

• Deep knowledge of cross-chain web3 products as well as blockchain interoperability and messaging solutions.

• Fluency in English.
