Compensation: $250,000-$500,000 base; OTE $400,000-$1,000,000. Individually structured on portable book and experience: competitive base 15% origination credit on all business brought in, including cross-selling credit. Real estate partners with $1M books may be offered department leadership. 4 full-time marketing professionals, BD budget, and lower-than-NYC rates.
Location: Roseland, Woodbridge or Red Bank, NJ; New York, NY. Hybrid, flexible; new offices (e.g. Princeton, New York) possible for the right group. Visa: not open to any visas.

What will you be doing?
Bring and grow your portable book of business on a full-service platform with 8 departments and cross-selling opportunities
Leverage Greenbaum's lower-than-NYC rates to retain price-sensitive clients and win new ones
Work with 4 full-time marketing professionals to develop and execute your business development plan
Mentor and train associates and counsel on your matters
For real estate partners with 7-figure books: step into department leadership as the senior partner transitions
