deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Mid-level Integration and Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL

Position Description

deciBel Research is seeking a mid-level integration and test engineer to support I&T efforts on a large Department of Defense (DoD) contract.

Responsibilities Include

• Integration procedure development
• System Problem Report (SPR) initiation and processing
• System Test Dry Runs
• System Test execution
• Development of desktop regression test procedures and tools
• Document test procedures and test results
• Participate in engineering technical reviews
• Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDRL
  
  

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline

Experience Requirements

• 5 years experience in I&T engineering on DoD programs
• Integration of radar subsystems and software, and development/execution of test plans and procedures
• Test automation scripting in C /MATLAB/Python
• Requirements verification, traceability, and reporting via DOORS, Jira, and Confluence
  
  

Special Skills Desired

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline
• Experience performing root cause analysis
• Experience working on a geographically distributed team
• Familiarity with AESA HWIL testing
• Hands on use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, Wireshark)
