The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant - C-Suite to partner directly with our CEO and our Chief Legal Officer, with additional collaboration across the C-suite.

This is a high-visibility position at the heart of our executive team, supporting the C-Suite and partnering across senior leadership. You'll be operating in an environment where priorities shift, decisions matter, and pace is a natural part of how the business operates.

You'll play a critical role in enabling the C-Suite to focus on strategic priorities and drive business outcomes, bringing structure, clarity and coordination to a complex and evolving environment.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in this kind of setting, someone who can anticipate needs, bring order to complexity, and quickly build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.

If you enjoy working in a role where priorities evolve, expectations are clear, and no two days are the same, this could be a great fit.

*** Please note: This is a hybrid role, designed to support the needs of our C-Suite. Our senior executive team operates on a remote-first basis with significant international travel, so your presence will flex between remote working and in‑person support in Boston when needed, estimated 2-3 days per week in office, offering a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of a globally connected C‑Suite. ***
