We’re looking for an Operations & OPEX Manager to define and deliver the operational plan for our Fort Worth site. This is a strategic operations leadership role focused on driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
✔ Oversee manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and capital projects
✔ Embed Lean and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies
✔ Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
✔ Drive safety, quality, and cost-efficiency across all operations
✔ Coach and develop teams to build a culture of ownership and innovation
✔ Support site strategy, governance, and performance improvement initiatives
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔ 5 years in regulated/GMP manufacturing environments
✔ Strong operational background across production and engineering
✔ Proven experience implementing Lean and Operational Excellence programs
✔ Commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
✔ Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
✔ BS in Science, Engineering, or Business Management (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
