Senior Finance Associate or Counsel We are seeking a counsel or associate with 6+ years of finance experience to join our expanding and high-performing Global Finance group in our Boston office. This position is at the intersection of private credit, fund finance and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in practicing at the cutting edge of the market. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in learning CLOs, asset-based lending and other structured credit products, and using them as an integrated toolkit for the top managers in private credit. Substantial experience independently managing transactional negotiations is expected. Our premier structured credit practice is at the forefront of the industry, serving a diverse global client base that includes many of the largest asset managers, direct lenders and equity investors. In addition, our practice is consistently top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $390,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors and/or agents in a full range of finance transactions Experience as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility of running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing is required Any combination of prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription line credit facilities
