- 8:00am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 Schedule)
- 8:00pm to 8:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)
- $17.60/hour for Day shift
- $19.60/hour for Night shift (includes a $2.00 shift differential)
Core Responsibilities
- Perform all required duties in a safe manner by following all company policies & procedures and wearing the appropriate PPE for each respective task
- Required to properly identify carts.
- Required to properly label packages/carts.
- Must be able to lift 40lb doffs (rolls of fiberglass) on to a shelf.
- Will be Required to drive a forklift to get materials.
- Expected to read part prints, drawings, and schematics.
- Accurately and neatly complete all required documentation associated with pultrusion level, such as but not limited to router, and any supplemental documentation to aid data input into MES.
- Properly and accurately enter data in the MES system.
- Maintain the quality standard set forth by DNA.
- Must be able to understand how to fill the hoppers from the barrels.
- Monitor, and document the pultrusion process of all assigned lines.
- Prepare all quality samples every other hour (if required). As well as check length and gauges every hour.
- Complete the Line Inspection Sheets at the start & end of the shift.
- Communicate vital pultrusion process information to the on-coming operator who will assume responsibility of your assigned line at the end of your shift.
- Maintain continuous cleaning and inspection of assigned lines and areas.
- Relieve other associates as assigned for lunches and breaks.
- Perform autonomous preventative maintenance and report problems.
- Ability to read and write English, including numbers.
- Ability to perform arithmetic functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective glasses.
