Role Summary
We're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to connect holistic healthcare providers with DecentMed through Alignable networking. You'll attend local business networking meetings, build genuine relationships with wellness practitioners, and show them how our platform helps them attract more patients. Success looks like consistently booking 5-10 discovery calls per week and converting providers into paying members. This role is crucial to our growth strategy as we expand DecentMed's network of holistic health practitioners across the country.
Responsibilities- Attend 3-5 Alignable networking events per week (virtual and in-person) to connect with holistic healthcare providers including chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, and wellness coaches
- Build authentic relationships with practitioners by understanding their practice growth challenges, patient acquisition struggles, and business goals before presenting DecentMed as a solution
- Conduct consultative sales meetings (virtual or in-person) to demonstrate how DecentMed's platform connects providers with patients actively seeking holistic healthcare options
- Present case studies and ROI metrics showing how other providers have grown their practices by 30-50% using our platform, with specific examples relevant to each prospect's specialty
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial Alignable connection through discovery call, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate records in CRM of all networking contacts, follow-ups, meetings scheduled, proposals sent, and closed deals
- Collaborate with marketing team to share insights from provider conversations that inform content strategy, messaging, and platform improvements
- Achieve monthly targets of 20 discovery calls scheduled, 10 demos completed, and 3-5 new provider sign-ups
- Follow up consistently with warm leads using a structured cadence of emails, calls, and value-added content until they're ready to move forward
- Represent DecentMed professionally at all networking events, acting as a brand ambassador who embodies our mission to make holistic healthcare more accessible
Required:
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based or hybrid compensation structure
- Active Alignable account with experience attending business networking events (or willingness to learn the platform quickly)
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to connect authentically with healthcare professionals and understand their unique needs
- Strong presentation abilities including confidence conducting virtual demos, handling objections, and closing deals over video calls
- Self-motivated and disciplined with ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and proactively seek out networking opportunities
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for professional virtual meetings
- CRM proficiency (we use [your CRM]) or quick learner of new sales technology
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industry with understanding of holistic medicine, integrative health, or alternative therapies
- Existing network of holistic healthcare providers including chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, or wellness practitioners

- Familiarity with two-sided marketplace platforms or experience selling to small business owners
- Background in healthcare marketing or practice management that informs your understanding of provider pain points
