Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards using CCTV systems and physical patrols.
- Control access points by verifying identities,
- Write clear, detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events for review and follow-up.
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques when dealing with unruly or distressed individuals to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies while adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security rolessurveillance, physical security, and incident management.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, fire safety equipment, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective incident report writing and customer service interactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining alertness during long shifts.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations professionally.
- Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and protocols ensuring lawful and ethical conduct at all times.
