The Finance Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of our Operating Company (OpCo). Working closely with Business Services (SBS), this position assists in resolving exceptions and issues to ensure seamless financial and administrative processes. The Finance Associate performs various transactional and administrative finance and accounting duties.
Mandatory Qualifications (No Exceptions)
• Proficient in 10-key data entry
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with email platforms for business communication
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers and performing basic calculations
Experience Level
0–3 years of relevant experience required.
Key Responsibilities
• Support OpCo operations through accurate and timely transaction processing
• Collaborate with SBS to assist in resolving financial exceptions and operational issues
• Handle local payments and deposits with attention to detail
• Manage petty cash, will call transactions, and related reconciliations
• Scan and organize supporting documentation for record-keeping and audit purposes
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as they relate to finance operations
Schedule and Compensation
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
