Compensation:
- Salary: $26.00-32.00/hr based on experience
- Shift Differentials: $1.00 Evening Shift, $2.00 Night Shift
- $4.00 instead of benefits
- $15,000 sign on bonus!!! FOR NIGHT SHIFT ONLY (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
- Certification in State of AL
- Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
