House Supervisor (Med Surg & ED)
Day/Hours: Days & Nights Available
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus for highly qualified candidates
Summary: Extensive experience caring for patients of all ages with traumatic injuries, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions as well as post-surgical patients in both Med Surg and ED Settings. Demonstrates strong critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork while delivering exceptional patient care.
Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of acute care nursing experience required, must include Med Surg and ED, or similar departments. Current Iowa RN License in good standing required. Previous experience mentoring new nurses is strongly preferred.
