Cabinet Maker
DeCarle Cabinetry is a full-service well established/ highly regarded custom cabinet shop located in Milford, CT. We are a small business with a lot of pride and passion for what we do.
We are seeking a motivated cabinetmaker with experience in all aspects of cabinet fabrication / assembly and solid surface work. Installation experience is a plus. Experience with laminating (Formica, Wilsonart etc.) Solid surface fabrication (Corian, Wilsonart solid surface)
We offer excellent compensation based upon experience, paid vacation, paid sick time, matching 401K and paid holidays. Our working hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand shop drawings for cabinet fabrication and assembly
- Precisely Fabricate cabinets using hand tools and power tools (saws, routers, sanders etc.)
- Install hardware
- Maintain the job site equipment and tools in good working condition
- Check tools for accuracy before use to ensure proper workmanship is achieved
- Check the work for quality on a regular basis to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship
- Keep the job site clean and organized at all times
- Provide support for any other tasks assigned by management or project manager
- Installing Cabinetry level and plum.
- Ability to accurately scribe cabinetry/ countertops due to field conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.61 - $45.00 per hour
