As a senior member of this team, you’ll help elevate Decagon’s financial strategy and planning capabilities ensuring that our resources, systems, and priorities are aligned to support sustainable, data-driven growth.

In This Role You'll
- Own our quarterly and annual planning cycle, guiding overall company strategy, resource allocation, and decision making
- Act as a Finance partner to Execs across the org, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Ops
- Drive accountability in the business through defining financial and operational metrics, identifying key business trends via reporting and dashboarding, and pulling the right levers in order to drive growth and efficiency
- Support our founders with investor relations, including quarterly Board meetings and future fundraising efforts
- Develop and build a scalable finance function to support Decagon’s hyper-growth
- 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles
- Experience running financial planning and creating ROI and financial analysis decision-making frameworks
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, accounting principles, and key performance indicators
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy, while also being able to build out the team
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to manage and influence external stakeholders

Salary : $230,000 - $280,000
