Decades Kava Social Lounge is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused Kavatender to become part of our team!
We're not your typical bar. Decades combines nostalgic music, specialty beverages, entertainment, and a welcoming social atmosphere where guests become friends and friends become family.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job but wants to help build something special.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver enthusiastic, attentive, and memorable guest service.
- Prepare and serve kava, botanical teas, mocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages.
- Prepare food and maintain excellent presentation standards.
- Learn our products and confidently explain menu options.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout every shift.
- Operate our Clover POS system accurately.
- Follow age-verification, food-safety, and operational procedures.
- Assist with lounge events, promotions, and guest engagement.
- Complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties.
- Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay: $11.98 - $15.00 per hour
