Job Description
DECA is a leading provider of consulting, engineering, and technical services for North America. We also understand you have a life outside of work and DECA allows for that flexibility.  Work / Life flexibility is very important. Sick kids, pregnancy, need to take a Friday off to leave early for a weekend...approved. We all need that from time to time. As the owner, I expect the work to get done, but we all work to live....NOT live to work.
