Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Copier/Printer Technician at DEC Office Solutions, Inc. The Technician will be responsible for providing repair and maintenance of copiers, printers and scanners, troubleshooting printing & scanning issues, and maintaining optimal functionality of office equipment within the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Technician will also be responsible for maintaining vehicle parts inventory and field service reporting.
Qualifications
- 4 years prior experience in a similar role is required
- Printer/Copier Repair skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in Office Equipment or Computer Technology are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
