Account Executive – Debt Relief (Full-Time)

Location: Richardson, TX

Schedule: Full-Time (Minimum 45 hours/week)

DebtBlue is growing, and we're looking for driven, compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives. In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process - from the first conversation to enrollment - helping them regain control of their financial future.

This role includes base commision and bonus designed for consultative and competitive salespeople who want to control their earning power. If you'd rather bet on your performance than rely on a big base, this role is made for you.

What You'll Do

Lead Engagement

  • Connect with 40–50 warm leads per day (inbound & outbound - no cold calling).
  • Build trust quickly through empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

Consultative Sales

  • Conduct needs-based financial consultations to understand client goals.
  • Educate clients on debt relief solutions and recommend the best fit.
  • Follow DebtBlue's proven sales processes and best practices.

Client Enrollment

  • Guide clients confidently through the enrollment process.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.

Compliance & Integrity

  • Uphold all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Complete the Certified Debt Specialist certification within 90 days (company-paid).

Coaching, Training & Growth

  • Participate in continuous coaching and development.
  • Thrive in a merit-based culture focused on discipline, performance, and learning.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
  • Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related fields.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent attendance and professional conduct.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • 1–2 enrollments per day on average (3–4 for top performers).
  • 40% conversion rate.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary uncapped commission
  • Top performers earn $75,000–$110,000 OTE.
