What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative (In-Office / Entry Level) position at Debt Rx?
We are looking for high-energy, sales minded individuals to join our growing team. This is an in office position at our Frederick location. Applicant must live within ~20 miles of downtown Frederick. No further south than Urbana or farther north than Hagerstown.
Our Account Executives (AE) generate interest in financial service products and are responsible for assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.
No cold calling! Leads are provided.
If you can read a script, and give it personality, you can be successful.
Limited experience? We provide training for the right attitude.

Duties:
- Receiving and calling applications from potential clients via the web as well as in-bound calls
- Assisting customers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions, including enrollment into our program
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding their financial analysis
- Maintaining a consultative relationship with the customer throughout the process
- Qualify and walk clients through the benefits of our program and how we can better their financial situation
- Execute orders using the company's central database and computer system
Requirements:
- Ability to successfully multi-task, work in fast pace environment and manage accounts
- Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from CRM systems
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and a self-starter
