Automation Estimator- Columbus, OH

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review construction documents to generate accurate estimates
• Draft sales proposals
• Maintain relationships with contractors and customers
• Review bid opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal and results oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred
• Engineering/ technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred
• Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
• Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
