What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager / Licensing Coordinator position at Debra Corn Foster Care?
A qualified case manager will have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Social Work or a related field. Case Managers will work with foster families, foster children, the Department of Child Services and other service providers to obtain the best possible results for children in care. Case Managers will attend CFTM's, court hearings, IEP meetings, Provider Meetings and will at times transport the children on their caseload to these meetings,as well as to medical, dental and optical appointments. Case Managers are required to complete monthly reports, as well as, treatment plans and will be required to be on call for short periods of time.
This individual will also learn to be a licensing coordinator and will complete Resource and Adoptive Parent Training (TOT's), and SAFE Training. A Licensing Coordinator will license and train foster families, provide ongoing trainings and will assist with recruitment activities.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
