Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Legal Assistant will manage legal document preparation, perform administrative tasks, provide legal assistance, and ensure efficient support for attorneys in the areas of estate planning, probates, and trust administration. This position involves maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating communication, and upholding organizational standards to ensure high-quality service for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in tasks related to legal assistants, including case management and maintaining legal records
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with legal software and technology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or legal assistant certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services firm is advantageous
