Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to meet client standards.
- Assist clients with moving tasks by packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading belongings safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both homes and commercial spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and moving activities to prevent accidents or damage.
- Manage janitorial duties as needed, including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and custodial responsibilities.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as mopping, sweeping, vacuumin.
- Experience in moving assistance or furniture handling is a plus.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures across various surfaces.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
