Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Jasper, IN. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, processing insurance claims, handling customer complaints, and providing information about insurance products and services.
