Role Description The Creator Partnerships Intern role is a part-time, hybrid position based in New York, NY, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. In this role, the intern will support outreach and relationship-building with creators, influencers, and thought leaders who align with DebateIt’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, assisting in drafting outreach messages and partnership proposals, tracking partnership conversations, and supporting calls or meetings with current and prospective partners. The intern will collaborate with the team to develop creator-focused initiatives, help organize partnership data in internal tools, and provide feedback on how creators engage with the platform. This role offers exposure to strategic partnerships in a startup environment and opportunities to learn about creator ecosystems and community-building.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to research, evaluate, and prioritize potential creators and partnership opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to support relationship-building, outreach, and ongoing partner engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to craft clear messages, participate in calls or meetings, and collaborate effectively with the internal team.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales-related skills to help pitch the platform to creators and contribute to converting interest into active partnerships.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in creator economies or social platforms, comfort working in a startup environment, attention to detail, reliability in managing tasks, and familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or tracking tools).
