Duties
- Design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, utilizing your floral design skills and horticultural knowledge
- Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on plant care and arrangement options
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, including cash handling and retail math accuracy
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with fresh flowers, plants, and accessories
- Manage inventory levels through stocking, plant identification, and merchandising to ensure product freshness and presentation standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience in floral design is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, retail sales processes, and merchandising standards
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, floral arrangements, and customer orders efficiently
- Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to sales opportunities
