About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Attendant to join our team at Deauville Inn. As a Retail Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our pop-up store, restocking merchandise, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Your ultimate goal will be to increase sales and revenue by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock merchandise and ensure that products are properly displayed
